Our Approach

Crew reviewing plans on a Melbourne site

How we work

Every worker placed by Relay Labour is inducted, ticketed, and matched to the site before arrival.

Every placement arrives prepared for the specific requirements of your site.

The process

A structured process from request to placement.

  • Request.
  • Deploy.
  • Manage.

Requirements captured on a single call. Roles, ticket sets, start date, and site conditions are matched against our vetted Melbourne workforce, and mobilisation begins immediately.

How a request runs

A managed intake, handled by a dedicated contact.

Requests are received and assigned to a dedicated point of contact who moves the placement through vetting, mobilisation, and follow-up as a coordinated sequence. Every stage progresses without waiting on the next.

Rates are fully inclusive. Payroll tax, superannuation, workers compensation, and public liability insurance are covered within the rate you're quoted — the number you agree to is the number you pay.

  • Call

You speak with a member of our team with direct site experience. Requirements are captured on the call, not through a form.

  • Vetting

Workers are matched against our existing Melbourne workforce pool. Every worker carries a minimum of two years' verified experience in their trade or role. Tickets, inductions, and licences are confirmed before any name goes on a roster.

  • Placement

Crews are inducted and briefed on the specific site conditions of the project. Documentation is provided to the head contractor before day one.

  • Follow-up

A dedicated point of contact for the duration of the placement. Attendance, hours, and any variations are managed and reported in the format your project requires for sign-off.
