How we work

White Card, tickets, licences and inductions are confirmed before any worker starts. One contact manages your bookings and timesheets.

Rates

Rates are all-inclusive. Payroll tax, superannuation, workers compensation insurance, public liability insurance and placement management are included in the hourly rate quoted.

Frequently asked questions

Relay Labour employs the workers directly and manages payroll, superannuation, workers compensation insurance and PAYG obligations. The host contractor directs day-to-day work on site. This is the standard labour hire arrangement regulated by the Labour Hire Authority.

Rates are all-inclusive. Payroll tax, superannuation, workers compensation insurance, public liability insurance and our management of the placement are covered in the hourly rate quoted, with no separate on-costs added to invoices.

Yes. Labourers, trades, ticketed operators and traffic controllers can be booked through one Relay Labour contact, who also manages timesheets and any changes to the booking.

Yes. We supply from one worker to a full crew. Headcount, skill mix and shift patterns can be adjusted through your Relay Labour contact as the project changes.

Attendance is monitored throughout the placement, and your Relay Labour contact coordinates replacements as quickly as possible.
