General and skilled labour

General labourers carry out clean-up and housekeeping, floor and wall protection, rubbish handling, material handling and trade assistance, as directed by your site supervisor.

Skilled labourers, such as peggies and gatemen, take on defined site roles beyond general duties. Specialised labourers hold additional qualifications, such as first aid or electrical assistant certification.

Each labourer has at least two years' verified construction experience. White Card, tickets, licences and inductions are confirmed before the first shift.
